Beauty

Why do all women wanted to look beautiful? Is it a requirement for a woman to be beautiful? That are the common questions I ask since I was a child. I always saw my mom bringing her makeup kit wherever we go. She always put it onto her bag and frequently uses it when we are outside.

It is actually my mom who brings me those questions on my mind as I always saw it to her. They way her wear clothes are very different from others and my mom is very sophisticated and that changes my way of looking to girls.

My mom cares for everything for our family for his self especially to her health care, skin care and to her personal care which keeps her healthy and beautiful. I don’t know why or how but I do recognize and I am amaze with the beauty of my mom and I wish to have a wife as beautiful as her.

Would you Risk the Plague?

Rats carry many potentially life-threatening diseases such as Murine Typus, Dysentery, Salmonella, Bubonic Plague and Rabies. A staggering 3.6 million rats are estimated to be born each day. Each one is a potential carrier or vector for one or more of the 70 known rat-borne diseases identified so far. They jeopardize our health and should be considered a serious threat.

Rat-bite fever is a bacterial illness caused by Sterptobacillus Moniliformis and acquired through the bite or scratch of a rodent or the ingestion of food or water contaminated with rat feces. Small children are particularly likely to be bitten by rodents and are therefore most likely to contract rat-bite fever. Symptoms include fever, chills, nausea and vomiting, headache and pain in the back and joints. People with RBF are at risk of developing serious infections of the heart, the sac containing the heart, the coverings of the brain and spinal cord.

How to Speed Up Your Steps

Pump your arms, if you move them quickly your feet will follow. Plus, you burn more calories when your upper body is in full swing. Put gravity to work, tilting forward slightly will quicken your pace the trick is to find just the right angle for your body, and then stay in that positions you walk.

To get just enough of a tilt: Keep your feet planted and your body perfectly straight; then slowly lean forward from your ankles until you must take a step or you’ll fall. That’s the spot to shoot for. Tighten your tummy, while walking squeeze your abdominal muscles as through you were trying to fit into your skinny jeans. This simple move saves your energy, so you can walk longer. Take baby steps, long strides actually slow you down: As your heel hits the ground, it acts like a brake. Instead, take swift, short steps, rolling from heel to toe.
