I’m a house wife and my husband worked in abroad with three kids, two girls and a boy. I have an 18 years old child, a college student taking up B.S.N.

One day while I do the house hold chores the sink really stuck and that was a trouble for me because I cannot do things I want to do even the food I wanted to cook. And I called my son; he worked for the whole day just to fix the sink.

We can only see that adventure on the television and we can’t believe that we have the opportunity of trying it. It is like a dream come true for all of us and nothing compares with the happiness that we feel. Before going and traveling, we do prayer in our house first which is lead by our mother to ask for guidance.

Today is a sunny Saturday and it is my sister’s birthday tomorrow. I am thinking of giving her a gift. I decided to surf the net and look for some new stuff online. She likes pink and purple. I visited an online shop. They are selling bed sheets. I like the designs of their bed sheets but we have lots of bed sheets in our home so I do not think my sister will need another one. I continue my search. I found a site that sells different closets. I browse their designs. After browsing for a long time, I saw a pink closet; it has a code name of closets Richmond . I am sure that my sister would love it. It is beautiful and functional at the same time.

I immediately call the numbers posted in the site. The telephone operator is very graceful and accommodating. We talked for a while until we agreed for a specific price. They also assured me that the item will arrive tomorrow.

I went to the bookstore to buy my favorite magazine this morning. I like reading magazine because it gives me tips on how to boost my confidence and be a better me. I also learn some art crafts and Recipes from magazines. My favorite section is the fashion pages. There are lots of outfit featured in that section and also some tips. That is where I am getting my idea of what I am going to wear to school as well as on parties. Celebrities also give fashion advices. They share their fashion secrets and beauty tips. There is also an article about thrift fashion find. The clothes that are featured are very affordable yet fashionable. When it comes to dress, they are offering a variety of dress under five hundred pesos. Cool. The shoes are also affordable. Booths, flat shoes, stiletto, all at a very cheap price. There is also a shirt, shorts, and pants featured.

The sale section of the magazine is also my favorite. They have sale alerts! I love bargain price, especially when it is branded. I believe that the elegance of the clothes depends on how you carry it. Accessorizing is also a good idea.

Imagine a bar, library and patisserie in one place and you’re got Sofitel Philippines Plaza’s newest addition to its culinary offers: Le Bar. The whole area has a French feel to it, but the furnishings are all proudly Philippine made. We were first treated to hot and cold appetizers, sandwiches and entrees. The hands-down favorite was the Mushroom Crepes, in all its creamy glory.

After all, what’s a French bistro without crepes? Plus, they also have soups, salads, and quiches. The meat eaters need not fret- the Lamb Cutlets and Mergueze sausage is extremely satisfying. They have Angus steaks too! We downed everything with fresh fruits shakes and non- alcoholic smoothies. For dessert, we chose from display of dainty cakes, pralines and chocolates at Galettes, Le Bar’s patisseries. Freshly brewed gourmet coffee capped our meal. A grand bookcase holds novels, newspaper and magazines that guest can browse through. The sculptures on display are also a sight to behold.
